The main living rooms are conveniently situated in the centre of this Florida Villas with the main double bedrooms on either side. This is ideal if there are families sharing the Villa. But remember the cost is for the whole Villa.
This Florida Villa is just a short drive from the main theme parks and close to the shopping and restaurant areas in Kissimmee.

Both kitchen and breakfast areas over look the swimming pool. They are fully fitted with everything that you would need including large American style fridge, microwave, cooker/stove, toaster, coffee maker and automatic can opener to name but a few! There are also plastic cups for the kids to use when they are by the pool area. Why would you want to stay anywhere else?

As well as the main family areas you have TWO separate living rooms. Here the kids can watch a video or use them yourselves for a bit of peace and quiet which I am sure you deserve! They are a great place to chill out, put your feet up and relax. After all you are on your holiday/vacation and after a day at the theme parks you will be able to come home to your Florida Villa that is your "home away from home".

Although the local area has many fine dining establishments you also have the option of some formal dining of your own in this Florida Villa. It will probably be no surprise to you, but these are the least used rooms. Food is cheap in Florida so it's not expensive to eat out. But should you want formal dining at home then this is the place to be. Mealtimes are a great time to catch up with the rest of the family and find out how much they are enjoying their holiday, and where better to do this than in the peace and quiet of your own Florida Villa.
